Additional Information

On Friday October 8th and Saturday October 9th, the Association of Missouri Nurse Practitioners will host the 7th Annual AMNP Conference at the Lodge of Four Seasons at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks!

The conference will be offered IN PERSON, with ample opportunities for education, networking, and interaction with NPs from throughout Missouri and beyond. The conference will follow CDC guidelines and adhere to recommended meeting practices, providing a safe environment for you to FINALLY reconnect with your peers. Space will be limited and will be capped at capacity, so your early registration is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.

For those still unable or too uncomfortable to travel, we will be offering a hybrid option to live stream educational sessions.

In addition to educational sessions, AMNP will host a variety of vendors as well as networking events in one of Missouri's most scenic destinations.

AMNP is one of very few associations that is offering in-person conference options this year so we expect a great turnout. As such, early registration is strongly recommended.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. All cancellations require written notification to AMNPPD at AMNPPD@gmail.com
  2. 30 day notice of cancellation yields a 10% refund.  45 day notice yields a 75% refund.  90 day notice yields a 90% refund.  Any cancellations with less than 30 days notice, without approved extenuating circumstances, will receive no refund.
    1. AMNPPD is not responsible for cancelling room, travel or meal plans should a participant cancel their participation.
    2. Participants who no show for CE activities will receive no refund.
    3. Should AMNPPD cancel a CE activity, and the CE activity is not rescheduled or it is rescheduled for a date and or location for which the participant is unable to attend, their CE activity fee can be applied to a future CE activity or be completely refunded. The option is the participant’s. 
    4. Returned checks will incur an administrative fee of $35.
