Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 12 physicians and two advanced practice providers at St. Joseph Hospital, with the support of a clinical performance registered nurse and a hospitalist coordinator.
• We have excellent relationships with other departments in the hospital, supporting a smooth transition of care for all patients
• We enjoy being involved in various committees and interest groups, and the hospital is grateful for our expertise within these groups

Qualifications:

• Certification required.
• Previous experience working as a hospitalist APP preferred.
• All levels of experience will be considered.

Flexible Scheduling:

• Swing shift schedule: 12 PM – 12AM, 7 on/7 off. Our team never works alone.
• The predictable schedule supports work-life balance, and our team helps with coverage for time off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on admissions with support from day rounding team.
• Perform such other responsibilities as reasonably assigned.
