Mantality Health is a hormone replacement company dedicated to helping men live more powerful lives. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and high-quality customer service. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Training will be provided.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Interpret diagnostic testing, primarily lab results.
• Manage patient care for new and long term patients.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and recommend additional services to help clients meet their goals.
• Educate patients on their test results, the products we offer and positively impact their quality of life.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
