Our bill has already been pre-filed in the Senate as SB 42 by Senator Wallingford. It will be filed in the House next week by Rep Hubrecht.

HB 66 - Expands the newborn screening requirements to include spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and Hunter syndrome

HB 68 - Establishes the Narcotics Control Act

HB 88 - Exempts health care entities registered with the department of health and senior services that distribute hypodermic needles or syringes from the crime of unlawful delivery of drug paraphernalia

HB 89 - Changes the laws regarding the priority of persons to be appointed guardian of an incapacitated person or conservator of a disabled person
