Hashtag/Social Media Campaign
Posted over 7 years ago by Shanna Chapman
We have a new hashtag and grass roots social media campaign that we would like to get out to as many people as possible. They do not have to be NPs. It could be family, patients, patients' families, etc.
Our Lobbying Group, Head - Derek Leffert, spoke to Rep Hubrecht, our house sponsor, on this social media campaign. We need to focus and put as much pressure on legislators to see why we need our legislation so bad. Please use this hastag as much as possible!

Please explain in detail how to use the hashtag as many people have never used this.
- A hashtag is simply a keyword phrase, spelled out without spaces, with a pound sign (#) in front of it. For example, #InboundChat and #ChocolateLovers are both hashtags. You can put these hashtags anywhere in your social media posts: in the beginning, at the end, or anywhere in between.
#MakeMONPFriendly
Add #MakeMONPFriendly (love it!) to any of your posts that are relevant. For example, I just shared the post on Assistant Physicians before I knew about this. I'll go back and share it again...this time with the hashtag at the end.
Hashtags are also searchable...the more people that use it, the better!
