From the MO State Board of Nursing - ANCC Extends Certification Expiration Dates

AMNP has received the following notice from the MO State Board of Nursing. For our members with ANCC certification expiring between March 1st and July 1st, your certifcation has automatically been extended to July 31st.

The full text of the notice is as follows:

We received notification that ANCC extended the certification expiration date of certificate holders who expire between March 1, 2020 and July 1, 2020. The expiration date was automatically extended to July 31, 2020.

We automatically changed this expiration date in our system. This requires no action by the APRN.

The expiration date was changed to 7/31/2020 on every active APRN with an active ANCC certificate with an expiration date between March 1, 2020 and July 1, 2020.

The best way an APRN can stay abreast of expiration dates and renewal reminders is to be self-enrolled in Nursys e-Notify at www.nursys.com/enotify
