AMNP COVID SURVEY - PLEASE TAKE 3 MINUTES TO SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE

As part of our ongoing efforts to serve as an advocate and resource for Missouri's nurse practitioners, AMNP actively works to identify areas where there are deficiencies or problems that we can work to resolve.
As you know, the COVID 19 pandemic is creating more stress and demand on NP's unlike anything else in our recent history. Added to the increased patient load and concern for disease transmission, stories related to inadequate PPE supplies, excessive overtime, and insufficient support mechanisms are common enough to warrant AMNP exploring these issues in further depth. As such, we ask that you take three minutes of your time to complete the following survey to help provide us with data on the prevalence of the problem(s), what issues you're facing, and how we can help serve you. Answers are completely anonymous and will help guide our efforts to help you.

I can't access the survey with this URL
May I suggest Qualtrics as a better survey alternative host?
I attempted to access survey and it takes me to link to sign up to be able to set up a survey monkey survey

I've tried the new link and it says "page cannot be located"
I have tried again, I still cannot access the survey. It continues to say unable to locate page and gives me the option to sign up for free surveys
