Attached is the legislative update for the first week of the 2021 legislative session.
This week's update includes a request to contact members of the Senate Professional Registration Committee to OPPOSE SB 8 which redefines surgery, prohibits the use of Dr. for NP's, and holds NPs accountable for advertising decisions made by other parties. If passed, it would have significant impacts on your practice.
