LEGISLATIVE UPDATE - WEEK #3

Attached is the legislative update for the third week of the 2023 legislative session. 

We are excited to report that SB 79 will be heard in committee on Thursday at 8AM. We STRONGLY encourage all NPs, patients, and supporters of full practice authority to submit written testimony in favor of the measure.
