BNDD Seeks Comment on Anabolic Steroid Products

Dear Stakeholders,

 

We want to inform you that the Department of Health and Senior Services has proposed an amendment to the list of anabolic steroid products found in 19 CSR 30-1.006.  A draft of the preliminary Anabolic Steroid Exemption Rule (19 CSR 30-1.006) has been posted on the Department’s website. You can find it at the following link: https://health.mo.gov/comment/ 

 

Please share this link with all relevant stakeholders. They can review the proposed amendment and submit any comments by clicking the Submit button on the right-hand side of the webpage.  Please note that the deadline for submitting comments is Friday, June 20, 2025. 

 

It is important to note that this draft is not a finalized version of the rule. Additionally, the current comment period is informal and will not replace the official comment period required by statute. Comments received during this timeframe will be reviewed by the Department before filing the rule with the Secretary of State (SOS) and the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules (JCAR), but they will not be included in the Order of Rulemaking.
